How we are regulated
- Willpower Money holds approved POSP certifications for General Insurance and Life Insurance, and distributes loans, credit cards, insurance and other financial instruments in association with Turtlemint Insurance Broking Services Private Limited.
- Our herbal healthcare products are covered by an AYUSH licence approved by the Ministry of AYUSH, and may be sold under drug licensing as well as nutraceutical norms.
- Our dairy and food distribution operates under a valid FSSAI licence, with labelling, storage and traceability per the Food Safety and Standards Regulations.
- Digital operations follow the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
