Financial products — Willpower Money

  • We hold approved POSP (Point of Sales Person) certifications for General Insurance and Life Insurance.
  • We are authorised to sell all forms of financial instruments including loans, credit cards and insurance in association with Turtlemint Insurance Broking Services Private Limited. Partner ID: 820909.
  • Insurance is a subject matter of solicitation. Products are issued by the respective insurer and are subject to underwriting, eligibility, policy terms, conditions and exclusions. Please read the policy wording and prospectus before concluding a sale.
  • Loan and credit card approvals, limits and pricing are at the sole discretion of the lender or issuer. We do not guarantee approval, returns or outcomes, and we charge no hidden fees for facilitation.
  • POSP distribution is limited to the categories and products permitted under IRDAI norms for POSPs and the arrangement with our broking partner.
  • No securities or mutual fund activity. We are not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst or Portfolio Manager, and we do not hold an AMFI Registration Number (ARN). We neither distribute nor advise on mutual funds, shares or any security. Mutual fund and securities investments are subject to market risks — read all scheme related documents carefully.

Willpower Investors Node (WIN Club)

  • WIN Club is a private networking and knowledge-sharing forum. It is not a collective investment scheme, an Alternative Investment Fund, a portfolio management service, a deposit-taking activity or a fund of any kind.

Consumer protection & e-commerce

  • Where goods are sold, our cancellation, return, refund, shipping and delivery terms are published in the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
  • Packaged goods carry all declarations required by the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, including MRP, net quantity, manufacturing date, expiry or best-before date and country of origin.

Herbal healthcare & Ayurveda

  • Our herbal healthcare products are covered by an AYUSH licence approved by the Ministry of AYUSH: L-513/AYUR. Product drug licence: L-513/Ayur/0001/2026/P. Products may also be sold under nutraceutical regulations, as applicable to each product.
  • Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Claims are restricted to those permitted by the applicable licence and the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954.
  • Consult a registered practitioner before use, especially during pregnancy, nursing, or ongoing medication.

Dairy & food products

  • We hold a valid FSSAI licence to distribute and sell dairy products as well as other food products. Licence number: 21526083014127.
  • Labelling, storage, allergen declaration and traceability follow the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and regulations made under it.
  • Licence numbers are printed on product packaging and invoices, and available on request.
