This website and the services of World of Willpower Private Limited are designed for adults aged 18 years and above. We publish these guidelines so parents and lawful guardians know exactly how children are protected on our platform.
1. Age policy
- Accounts, enquiries, purchases and financial applications are for adults only.
- Children may browse informational pages only under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian.
- We do not sell insurance, loans, credit cards or restricted health products to minors.
2. Verifiable parental consent
Under Section 9 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we do not process the personal data of a child (a person below 18) without the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian. Where such consent is needed, we verify the identity and age of the consenting adult using reliable means before processing begins.
3. What we never do
- No tracking or behavioural monitoring of children;
- No targeted advertising directed at children;
- No processing likely to cause any detrimental effect on the well-being of a child.
4. Product safety for families
- Ayurvedic, herbal and nutraceutical products must be kept out of reach of children and used only in the dosage stated on the label, or as advised by a registered practitioner.
- Paediatric use of any health product should be decided by a qualified doctor, not by online information.
- Food and dairy products carry allergen and ingredient declarations as required under FSSAI rules — please read them before serving to children.
5. Practical parental controls
Parents and guardians can add device-level protection alongside our safeguards:
- Enable Screen Time (iOS/macOS), Family Link or Digital Wellbeing (Android), or Microsoft Family Safety (Windows) to restrict websites, purchases and app installs.
- Turn on SafeSearch in your browser and search engine.
- Use router-level or ISP-level content filtering and DNS filtering for the whole household.
- Disable in-app and one-click purchases on shared devices.
- Keep payment credentials, OTPs and UPI PINs away from children's devices — we will never ask for them.
6. Report a concern
If you believe a child's personal data has been shared with us, or you see content that is harmful to a child, write immediately to care@worldofwillpower.com or the Grievance Officer, Solicitor and Attorney Vrushali Borade, at vrushali@winlegaladvisors.com. Such reports are treated as priority: acknowledged within 24 hours, with the data deleted or the content removed on verification, and always within 15 days.
